Copyright violation not only subjects violators to criminal liability, but can also cause a ban on many graphic sites and the posting of names and businesses on various publicly posted Walls of Shame.

It is easy to spot a specific artist's work once familiar with their style, and if no credit link is visible the artist will eventually be contacted.

Purchase of our items is for the right to display them in their legal form with all credit links intact. Clients are not purchasing the copyrights. The copyrights are not for sale.

Webset graphics are sized according to DIY standards unless specified otherwise in advance.

The images in our websets are either owned OR licensed by Penney Layne and its sister companies. All images, backgrounds, layouts, designs, graphics, etc. are copyrighted and must not be copied, resold, modified, reused, redistributed, shared, given away, emailed, altered, disassembled or used in any other printed or digital form except as intended. The purchase of a webset is to allow you to create a D.I.Y. or other website using these graphics. Items such as added plugs, business cards, etc. can be used to print media for your business use or advertise on plugboards, etc. but not to mass produce printables or to resell items made with them as that would violate the copyright. We do not distribute blank banners, logos, etc. in websets with the exception of the category button(s). You are purchasing the right to use these graphics in/on your single website. Only the intended use is allowed. If you need auction templates, ebay storefronts, etc. you need to purchase those separately. You are not purchasing the copyright to the actual graphics, images, backgrounds, etc. The copyrights remain with the artist(s). Penney Layne maintains commercial licenses for use of any outside artist images and all credit and copyright links must be displayed on the pages where the graphics are used. Contact us after purchase if you need help with this. These graphics cannot be used to make auction templates, eBay storefronts, eBay ME Pages, create new websets, or other items of that nature, etc. Websets are non-exclusive OR exclusive as indicated in the detailed description. Penney Layne and specific graphic artists whose works are incorporated into a design retain the copyright to their work. We cannot accept returns on websets; our work is however guaranteed to meet the specific intended application. Purchase of a webset constitutes agreement with these terms.
