Many website owners do not realize the power of cross linking, or link exchange. Did you know that you will find more favor with search engines if your website is linked to from sites other than your own? The more visual your site becomes on other websites, the better your search engine ranking will be. In other words, do not rely on your own page content to help you climb in the rankings.
The more your site is referenced and linked to on OTHER sites increases your visibility on the world wide web. You simply cannot sit around hoping other sites might link to you. There is work involved with promoting a website. Find other websites that will exchange links with you. Link exchanges are commonplace. There are many ways to have your website linked to from another site, and the more that happens the better for your website traffic.
We have partners on many of our sites, we exchange same exposure type exchange links and it does not cost either of us anything. We have links pages, and we exchange links with other companies. We place their link on OUR links page, and they in turn place our link on THEIR links page.
The more your site is exposed across the internet, especially on sites besides your own, the more your website traffic will grow. You can opt for paid advertising if you wish, but be sure to take advantage of free link exchanges as well. See you on the web.
